Updates on Supply & Distribution Agreement

 With reference to the earlier letter dated September 17, 2013 intimating on execution of Supply & Distribution Agreement dated August 16, 2013 between Themis Medicare Limited ("Themis'") and Novartis India Limited ("Novartis") for Supply of Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg per ml Injection as finished dosage pharmaceutical form, Themis Medicare Ltd has now informed BSE that in terms of this agreement, Themis has commenced supply to Novartis from October, 2014.
