Dear Madam, With reference to your above referred email dated 19th December, 2022 seeking clarification on the current movements in the share price of the Company, we would like to clarify as under: All the material information, that have a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information under Regulation 30 of SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ["Listing Regulations"), have always been disclosed by the Company within the stipulated time. Further, the Company has always provided timely clarification / information sought by the Stock Exchanges. There is no pending information or announcement from the Company which may have a bearing on the price movement of the Company. The current movement in the share price of the Company is based purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price.20-12-2022
