We are pleased to inform that the Members of the Company at their 36th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, the 29th September, 2020 has approved for payment of dividend @ Rs. 1.50 (15%) on the 1,18,17,400 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly note that the Dividend will be paid to all members whose names appear in the Register of Members and in case of the shares held in the D-mat Form to those beneficiaries whose names are provided by the CDSL and NSDL as on the cut-off date i.e. 21st September, 2020 as on the entitlement to participate in the dividend. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with the Clause B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are pleased to inform you that commercial production at Company's Unit II situated at Plot No. S- 2/1, 3/1, 3/2, Sector-I, Pithampur, Dist. Dhar (M.P); has been successfully commenced w.e.f. 27th September, 2020 with revised estimated total cost of Rs 1967 Lakhs. The Company has expanded operations at its existing Unit II situated at Pithampur (MP); through capacity addition of 3540 MT and setting up of complete manufacturing facilities by installation of Multifilament Plant, Lamination Plant, Twisting Machine, Automatic Bag cutting Machine for manufacturing of Small Bags, Tarpaulin, FIBC Bags and Multifilament Thread. The Company has also want to inform that the expansion includes a Melt Blown Non-Woven Fabric Production Line with an annual capacity of 90 MT in expansion project.
