The Board of Directors of Shree Cement East Private Limited and Shree Cement North Private Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Subsidiary Companies") in their respective meetings held today i.e. 14th May, 2024 have considered and approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Cement North Private Limited ("Transferor Company") with and into the Shree Cement East Private Limited ("Transferee Company") on a going concern basis under the provision of section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder ("Scheme")14-05-2024
