 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As per Regulation 33(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 listed entity which has listed their specified Securities on SME Exchange shall require to submit their financial results on the half yearly basis. As the company has listed its shares on the BSE - SME platform, so that, the company is not required to file their Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022.  This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) OF SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Compliance with the Corporate Governance Provisions as specified in regulation 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of 46 and paras C,D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, shall not apply in respect of : (b) the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.
