 We would like to inform you that PenBrook Capital Advisors Private Limited ('PenBrook') has resigned from its role as the investment manager of India Infrastructure Trust ('InvIT') by way of a resignation letter dated August 26, 2019, effective from the date of appointment of the new investment manager of the InvIT. In light of the above, pursuant to the conditional approval granted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') on January 14, 2020 and the approval of the unitholders of the InvIT as required under Regulation 9(15) of the InvIT Regulations, WIP (India) Private Limited has been appointed as the new investment manager of the InvIT in place of PenBrook, with effect from April 1, 2020.
