SEBI/HO/CFD/CMDl/CIR/P/2019/140 dated November 21, 2019("Circular"), we would like to inform you that as per circular issued by the Reserve bank notification No.DOR.No.BP.BC.47/21.04.048/2019-20 dated 27th of March, 2020 all bank /Financial institutions are permitted to grant a moratorium of 3 months on payments of all instalments of Term loan, cash credit, working capital facilities, unsecured loans etc. falling due between March 1st, 2020 and May 31, 2020.
