 This is to inform you that the operations of our company at manufacturing units which has temporarily closed w.e.f March 24,2020,due to nationwide lockdown announced by the Government of India to the threat from CoVID-19 pandemic in the country has resumed its operations with reduced strength of manpower in phased manner in line with the directives issued by the State Govt. and Central Govt. after taking necessary approvals from the concerned authorities.Further,the Company is taking necessary precautions,hygiene and safety measures,sanitization,adopting social distancing to ensure safety and well-being for all its employees/workers within the guidelines issued by the competent authorities in regard to CoVID -19. Further as per SEBI Circular the Company is in the process of evaluating the impact of CoVID-19 pandemic on the business operations,performance and financials,profitability etc. & consider the same on the financial statements to the extent possible.
