 This to inform you that 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Windsor Machines Limited (the Company) will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 through Video Conferencing(VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) at 11:30 A.M. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice of 58th AGM is enclosed herewith. Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2021 to September 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Agm for the financial year 2020-21.
