In term of regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 5, 2017 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Halbe, as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective July 5, 2017, till such time as a new CFO is appointed. Mr. Halbe is presently the Chief Financial Officer of Himatsingka America Inc, a 100% subsidiary of Himatsingka Seide Limited.05-07-2017
