 Sub: Annual Report 2020 - Addendum The Company vide its letter dated September 7, 2020 had submitted the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020, pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and had also sent the same to the Members of Himatsingka Seide Limited ('the Company') through e-mail on September 7, 2020. In connection with the same we wish to inform that the Annual Report did not include the Business Section of the Annual Report due to inadvertence. The full Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 containing the Business Section (including inter alia, the Letter to Shareholders and Business updates) (Page Nos. 1-42) is attached herewith. All other information in the Annual Report 2019-20 remain unchanged. The shareholders of the Company are also being intimated via e-mail today.
