 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window shall remain closed for trading in Securities of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31 March 2023.
