The Company response is given below: In respect of the news item of www.dnaindia.com dated February 28, 2019 titled 'Viceroy Hotels Limited to undergo forensic audit as Arcil smells foul play ", we would like to inform you that as follow: a) Whether such event stated in published news were taking place? If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order. The decision regarding forensic audit will take place in the next CoC meeting to be held and will be intimated to stock exchanges. b) The material impact of this article on the Company. As on date there is no material impact on the company. c) Whether company is aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations. If so, you are advised to provide the said information and the reasons for not disclosing the same to the Exchange earlier as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.  Sub: Outcome of 17th Committee of Creditors Meeting-Adjourned to 1st March 2019 Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 - Reg. Viceroy Hotels Limited (Corporate Debtor) is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) pursuant to an order of the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ('NCLT') dated 12th March, 2018. Mr. Karuchola Koteswara Rao has been appointed as Resolution Professional of Viceroy Hotels Limited under the provisions of the code. In terms of provisions of the code, the resolution professional invited prospective resolution applicants to submit resolution for M/s. Viceroy Hotels Limited. The resolution professional has received five resolution plans from the resolution applicants. The Committee of Creditors have discussed the resolution plans submitted by the resolution applicants and the negotiations with the Resolution Applicants are concluded and the process of selection is going on. This is to inform you that the e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 17th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced on 28 February 2019 at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 01 March, 2019 at 02:00 p.m. In this regard, please find enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting: 1. The COC decided to seek further extension of time up to 30 days for the CIRP period beyond the last date i.e., 06.03.2019, due to ongoing negotiations with the Resolution Applicants which are in advanced stage, in order to maximise the stakeholders' value.
