In this regard, please find appended the following outcome of E-Voting: In terms of provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) the resolution plan submitted by M/s. Anirudh Agro Farms Limited for M/s. Viceroy Hotels Limited has been put up to vote of Committee of Creditors and subsequently has been approved by the Committee of Creditors of the Company and identified as a successful resolution applicant, subject to approval of the Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad Bench. Accordingly, resolution professional has filed the application for approval of the Adjudicating Authority on 11th November 2022.
