NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and in complying with the aforesaid circulars and pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in terms of Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, we wish to inform you that, the Trading window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with immediate effect i. e. from Wednesday, April 01, 2020 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March,2020.The Board meeting for approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March,2020 will be held on or before 30th June,2020 as per the SEBI vide Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/38 dated 19th March,2020.
