Re: Scrip Code 542602 and Scrip Symbol 'EMBASSY' Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, Manager to Embassy Office Parks REIT at its meeting held on Tuesday, 28th May, 2019 in Bangalore inter alia considered and approved the following: i. Audited Standalone Financial Statements of Embassy Office Parks REITfor the year ended31stMarch, 2019; and ii. Audited Special Purpose Condensed Combined Financial Statementsof Embassy Office Parks REIT for the year ended 31stMarch, 2019. We wish to clarify that the Audited Special Purpose Condensed Combined Financial Statements of Embassy Office Parks REIT for the year ended 31st March 2019 pertain to the period prior to the date of listing i.e., 1st April 2019 and the Board voluntarily elected to consider and approve such financials as part of good governance practice. Hereafter, financial statements of Embassy Office Parks REIT will be prepared and disclosed in accordance with the requirements of SEBI (REIT) Regulations 2014. We wish to further inform you that, in terms of the distribution policy of Embassy Office Parks REIT,the Embassy Office Parks REIT's first distribution after the date of listing, i.e., 1 April 2019, will be for the period from the date of the listing of the Units i.e. April 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019, i.e., for the first quarter of FY 2019-20.
