Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR REG we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of our wholly owned subsidiary Company i.e. Roni Agro Limited (CIN: U01100MH2023PLC397603), pursuant to approval granted by shareholders via special resolution has allotted Equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Roni Agro Limited at an issue price of Rs. 100 each ( including premium of Rs. 90/- per share) on preferential basis to below mentioned persons: 1 Harish Manohar Sirwani Individual - Promoter 1,25,000 2 Nidhi Harish Sirwani Individual - Promoter 1,25,000 TOTAL 2,50,000 The said allotment is pursuant to conversion of unsecured loan granted by the above mentioned persons of Rs. 2,50,00,000.
