 The Company hereby informed that with the outbreak of the Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Company has taken the decision to scale down / suspend production to support the cause of containment of the pandemic COVID-19 and also taking a series of actions to ensure the safety and health of all our employees and to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by Central /State /Municipal Authorities including Work from Home facility. In view of the complete nationwide lockdown declared by the Central Government for a period of three weeks from 25th March, 2020, our operations would remain temporarily closed and disrupted till further instructions of Central /State /Municipal Authorities during the said lockdown period. The duration of this shutdown will depend upon directions to be issued by the respective Government authorities in this regard. The Company will continue to closely monitor the situation and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidance.
