 In pursuance to order no. 78/1/2019 HR-I dated 29th August, 2019 from Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Shri Shriniwas Chandrashekhar Mudgerikar has taken over the charge of Chairman & Managing Director of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, Mumbai for a period of five years w.e.f. 1st October, 2019 or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Shri Umesh V. Dhatrak has superannuated from the services of the Company on 30th September, 2019 (closure of business hours) and accordingly has ceased to be the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st October, 2019. Information as required under Regulation 30-Para A of Schedule III of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith.
