 We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from Sunday, 01st January, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed. The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges.
