APL/SEC/19/2023-24/8 dated 2nd January 2024 wherein it was inter alia informed that pursuant to an Order dated 18th December 2023 passed by the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, TSR Consultants Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (''RTA'') of the Company amalgamated with Link Intime India Private Limited (''Link Intime'') with effect from 22nd December 2023. Accordingly, with effect from 22nd December 2023, Link Intime is the RTA of the Company.
