 Please take note that the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2020 were taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11.02.2021. However due to oversight while submitting the result in covering letter the date of Board Meeting was mentioned as 11.02.2020 instead of 11.02.2021. Error is regretted.
