Considered and allotted 2,00,00,000 (Two Crores) Warrants at issue price of Rs. 13.50/- per warrant, convertible into 2,00,00,000 (Two Crores) Equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each at Rs. 13.50/- (including premium of Rs. 11.50/- per share) to the promoters group and non-promoters group on preferential basis. 2.
