SEBI/HO/EAD1/SBM/AK/25681/2022 issued by SEBI to Abans Securities Private Limited ('ASPL'), a step down material subsidiary of the Company, we hereby inform that SEBI has come out with a settlement scheme for the Brokers called the SEBI Settlement Scheme 2022 under this matter and ASPL has now applied under the said scheme for settling the same by paying the necessary Settlement amount.
