Sub: Intimation under Regulations 30 & 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 In continuation of Bank''s earlier disclosure made on March 19, 2019, we hereby inform that the Bank has decided to issue Basel III Compliant Tier 2 Bonds for aggregate total issue size of Rs. 1000 crore, with a base size of Rs. SOO crore and a Green Shoe option to retain oversubscription up'' to Rs. 500 crore. The bids for the above issuance would be invited on Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP) of BSE Bond and bidding window shall remain open on March 27, 2020 between 10.15 a.m. to 11.30a.m. The aforesaid disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulations 30 & 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.24-03-2020
