1. About ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited:

ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, provides a technology platform that facilitates retail investors' access to international securities.All brokerage and clearing services are provided by licensed and regulated partners in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Eligibility for Global Investments:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law
• Not be a resident of, domiciled in, or otherwise located in any jurisdiction where investment in international securities is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.

3. Account Creation and Verification:

You must register for an account and complete the applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and supporting documents.

Note: Approval of your investment account is subject to the sole discretion of our regulated brokerage partner.

4. Services Offered:

Access to international securities markets, including:

• U.S. Stocks
• U.S. Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs)

Portfolio tracking

Your brokerage account is maintained by ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited, a broker-dealer registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) (Registration No. IFSC/BD/2024-25/0003) and based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Trade execution, clearing, settlement, and custody services are provided through ViewTrade Securities Inc., a U.S. broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) (SEC File No. 8-51605), and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (CRD No. 46987) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

6. Referral Disclosures:

The clients are being referred to the Platform through the Bigul operated by Bonanza Portfolio Limited. The referral to ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited is facilitated by Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bonanza Portfolio Limited, solely in its capacity as a referral entity. All funds pay-ins, payouts, trades, investments, and other relationships are governed by the contract between ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited and the Client. Neither Bonanza Portfolio Limited nor Bonanza Portfolio (IFSC) Private Limited shall be liable, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for any losses, claims, or liabilities arising from such services or transactions.

7. Fees and Charges:

*Special customer-driven events charges may be applied separately, depending upon the type of action.

8. Use of the App:

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the App; or
• Share, disclose, or misuse your login credentials.

9. Data Privacy:

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, process, and disclose your data.

10. Third-Party Services:

The App may integrate with third-party services, including brokerage platforms, bank payment gateways, and data providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the App are owned by or licensed to ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination:

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTrade International IFSC Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any services.

14. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of IFSCA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration or courts in Ahmedabad, India.
