 With reference to captioned subject and in furtherance of Rights Issue of the Company, this is to inform that in terms of the Letter of Offer dated March 18, 2020 read with the Addendum to Letter of Offer dated June 23, 2020 and other addenda issued in connection with the Rights Issue and in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange), the Lead Manager to the Issue and the Registrar to the Issue, the Committee of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., July 24, 2020, approved the allotment of 3,99,79,347 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ?4 each at a price of ?100 per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of ?96 per Rights Equity Share, aggregating ?399.79 crores to the eligible applicants.
