 This has reference to our earlier letter dated 07.01.2019 vide which complete shutdown of Chamera-III Power Station (3 X 77 MW) in Himachal Pradesh during 06.01.2019 to 14.01.2019 (tentative) was intimated. In this regard, it is to inform that Chamera-III Power Station has been restored on 11.01.2019. Unit 1 & Unit 2 of Chamera-III Power Station has started generation while Unit 3 is under annual maintainance work. This is for your information and record.

 This has reference to our earlier letter dated 04.01.2019 vide which complete shutdown of Dulhasti Power Station (3 X 130 MW) in Jammu & Kashmir during 03.01.2019 to 12.01.2019 (tentative) was intimated. In this regard, it is to inform that Dulhasti Power Station has been restored on 08.01.2019. Unit 1 & Unit 2 of Dulhasti Power Station has started generation at a capacity of 256 MW while Unit 3 is under shutdown due to annual maintainance work. This is for your information and record.

 In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that Chamera-III Power Station (231 MW) in Himachal Pradesh has been under complete shutdown w.e.f. 06.01.2019 to 14.01.2019 (tentative) for 'Repair and restoration work of U#1 GIS Bay'.  This is in continuation to our letter of even number dated 20.12.2018 intimating complete shutdown of Parbati-III (520 MW) Power Station in Himachal Pradesh. It is further to intimate that the shutdown will cause tentative loss of 35.1 MUs in production of electricity and 6.5% in PAF.
