Vindhya Telelinks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2021, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share (i.e. 100%) on 1,18,50,863 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing Thirty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
