In terms of Regulation 30, read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, in exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 36 AB of Banking Regulation Act, 1949, the Reserve Bank of India, vide its order Ref.No.DOR.GOV.No.S3966/08.55.001/2022-23 dated September 22, 2022 has appointed Shri. C.S.Ram Kumar, General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai Regional Office as Additional Director of the Bank for a period of two years w.e.f. October 4, 2022, in place of Shri. N.Gopal, General Manager (retd.), RBI, whose tenure as Additional Director of the Bank comes to an end on October 3, 202223-09-2022
