RMC Switchgears Ltd - 540358 - Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23(9) Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations' For The Quarter And Half Year Ended On March 31, 2023

 As per the provisions of Regulations 15 (2) of Chapter IV of the same Listing Regulations, Regulation 23 (9) shall not apply, in respect of the following classes of Companies: a) The Listed entities having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year; b) Companies whose specified securities are listed exclusively on the SME exchange. RMC Switchgears Limited is a company listed on SME Exchange and therefore, the Company falls within the ambit of aforesaid exemption (b). Hence, compliance with the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of the Listing Regulations is not applicable on the Company. Consequently, it is not required for the Company to submit Disclosures of Related Party Transactions as per Listing Regulations.

 This is with reference to the submission made by the Company pertaining to the Audited Financial Results dated 4th May, 2023 as approved by the Board of Directors on the same date. We would like to inform you that this has come into the knowledge of the Company that there were typographical error in the Cash Flow Statement that has occurred inadvertently and involuntary by the Company. There is no change in other Components of the Results except Cash Flow Statement of the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2023.
