 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 , Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, kindly take note that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, February 10, 2022, have inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2021. The same was approved by the Audit Committee in its meeting held prior to this meeting. The said meeting commenced at 4:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2021 along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the company.  SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2021, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day and such other matter with the approval of the Chairman. Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from end of quarter i.e. Friday, 31st day of December, 2021 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on Saturday, 12th day of February, 2022 i.e., 48 hours after after the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.  Dear Sir/Madam, As you are aware, the Rights Issue of our Company has opened on Monday, January 17, 2022 ('Issue Opening Date') and is slated to close on Monday, January 31, 2022 in terms of letter of offer dated December 27, 2021. In this regard, Stock Exchanges are hereby informed that in view of the intervening holidays and in order to provide a better opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue, the ELB Committee of Board in their meeting held today i.e., January 30, 2022 has decided to extend the last date for making an application for the Rights Equity Shares of the Company by seven (7) days i.e., from Monday, January 31, 2022 to Monday, February 7, 2022.
