 In terms of Regulations 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Monday, August 28, 2023, to Friday, September 01, 2023 (Both the dates inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company. The Register of Members or in the Register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as of the cut-off date i.e Friday, August, 25, 2023 only shall be entitled to avail the remote e-voting as well as voting in the AGM. The 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 01, 2023, through Video Conferencing /other audio-visual.
