Authority to sale upto 15,00,000 (Fifteen lakhs) equity shares of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited (BNHL) held by Sayaji Housekeeping Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company by way of offer for sale of Equity Shares in the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the BNHL.
