This is in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of January 02, 2019 to the closure of business hours of January 18, 2019 (both days inclusive). This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on January 17, 2019 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2018 and other items as per agenda.18-01-2019
