FIBERWEB (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Fiberweb (India) Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, 24th January, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Kiran Building, 128, Bhaudaji Road, Matunga (East), Mumbai - 400019 to consider fund raising by the Company, by issue of equity shares by way of preferential issue under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 subject to such approvals as may be required under applicable law including approval of shareholders of the Company.the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from from 01st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2021.
