Consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.2. Consider and declare an Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2020-21.Pursuant to Finance Act, 2020, dividend income will be taxable in the hands of the Shareholders with effect from April 1, 2020.
