Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that CARE Ratings Limited has reviewed and revised the credit rating assigned to the Company's long term and short term credit facilities. Details of revision in ratings of the Company's borrowing facilities from its bankers are detailed in the attached letter. Kindly note that while the credit rating has been revised at A Negative from A as the consequences of lockdown and temporary shutdown of manufacturing facilities due to COVID-19 pandemic.
