KOLTE-PATIL DEVELOPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited ('Company') will be held on Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 11.30 AM at 8th Floor, City Bay, Dhole Patil Road, Pune - 411 001 through audio-visual means inter alia, to consider the following businesses: a.
