 Lloyds Steels Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27th October, 2022 at 11:30 A.M., inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2022. Further to our Notice dated 30th September, 2022 relating to intimation of Closure of Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Lloyds Steels Industries Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 29th October, 2022 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
