Closure of Trading Window
The Company informed that the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from 7th February, 2018 for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) under the Code of Conduct of the Company for Trading in Securities by Insiders. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2017to the Stock Exchange.06-02-2018
