In terms of Reg 30, we would like to inform the changes in the Senior Management of the Company. Pursuant to internal re-allocation of duties of the Officers, Cdr. Bhubaneshwar Mishra, IN (Retd.), Chief General Manager (Main Works) has ceased to be a Unit in-charge of the Main Works (WM) Unit due to his transfer as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Mr. Manas Kumar Pandey, Addl. General Manager (MW) has been appointed as the Unit in-charge of the MW Unit and part of the Senior Management of the Company w.e.f. 24 Apr 2024.

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Tuesday, 26 Mar 2024 has approved the proposal for increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 1,25,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Twenty-Five Crore only) divided into 12,50,00,000 (Twelve Crore and Fifty Lakh) equity shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) each to Rs. 2,00,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Crore only) divided into 20,00,00,000 (Twenty Crore) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) each, and consequent amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI, LODR, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has signed a Contract with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), GOI for short refit of Seychelles Coast Guard Ship Zoroaster, a FPV which was constructed and supplied by GRSE to the Government of Seychelles. The total contract value shall be approx. Rs. 26.45 crore (Excluding Taxes).
