Why is the money deducted from my bank account and not reflected in my Bigul account?

In case you have received a message from your bank stating that the amount has been debited from your account, but you have not received a confirmation email from Bigul, don’t worry!

There is a specific timeframe for money to be transferred from your bank account to your Bigul account, depending on the mode of transfer. Sometimes transfers can be delayed due to technical issues at the bank’s or at the gateway’s end too.
