Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and managing partnerships with affiliates, online influencers, and other similar associations.
- Responsible for business parameters including customer acquisition and Wealth product sales through B2B channels.
- Responsible for smooth affiliate onboarding from lead generation, activation, and training.
- Coordination with different departments to ensure a smooth transition of work.
- Daily/Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.
- Identifying training needs across B2B channels.
- Providing support and query resolution for affiliates.
Requirements:
MBA from a good institute
8-10 years of experience in running sales-oriented call centers in the BFSI domain.
Good working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and contact center solution.
